Carol and Winfield Hall were friends of the Foundation who supported many great community causes. One of the Hall’s passions was music, and another was their church. When Carol passed away, a portion of her estate was left to support the music department at the First Presbyterian Church in Grand Haven. This Fund not only memorializes the Halls, but it will benefit their church’s music program forever.
