Application deadline July 20, 2018
The Board of Trustees understands that leadership transitions need to be handled with great care. Because of our generous donors and caring community, we are well positioned for success now and into the future. Furthermore, the talented team at the Foundation, solid financial position, and recent strategic visioning that has culminated into a comprehensive 3-5 year plan, puts the Foundation on solid footing for continued community impact.
The search committee that has been formed to find the next president of the GHACF is made up of the following:
Tammy Bailey, GHACF Trustee and Search Committee Chair
Randy Hansen, GHACF Board Chair
Nelson Jacobson, GHACF Trustee
Anil Mandala, GHACF Trustee
Monica Verplank, former GHACF Trustee
Bonnie Suchecki, City of Grand Haven and former GHACF Trustee
Holly Johnson’s career at the GHACF has spanned 11 years, and her almost six years as President have been very important to this organization. Under her leadership, the Foundation’s assets have nearly doubled, she has built a new team, expanded the office space, and continued the tradition of impactful community grants. Large community projects, such as Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium and Housing Next, have come to fruition under her leadership.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for Holly’s leadership and we wish her all the best as she pursues a new opportunity.
Please watch this space for updates on the search process.
